serial is not working

HI

ive reinstalled latest version.. and my this serial is not working ... ive paid for updates also earlier

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

Please be informed that 'The serial number entered does not exist' means the serial number you are trying to activate is for a different version of Nitro Pro. Looks like we need to uninstall the current version of Nitro Pro on your computer and install Nitro Pro 12. We then activate it using your serial number. Kindly follow these steps:
 
1. Uninstall Nitro Pro from your computer by going to Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features then reboot the machine.

2. Please clear all your downloads folder or delete all downloaded Nitro installers. This step is important because we noticed that if you are saving all the installers and you download them in the same folder (like the downloads folder), the EXE can pick up any MSI installer in that folder and you may pick-up one of the older builds instead of the newly downloaded package.

3. Download your Nitro Pro 12.16.3.574 (the latest build for Nitro Pro 12) using these offline link/s:

x32 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_12163574/en/retail/nitro_pro12_ba_x86.msi 
x64 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_12163574/en/retail/nitro_pro12_ba_x64.msi

If you are unsure if your machine is using 32 or 64-bit, please refer to this link: https://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase/#/search/64/000003790 

4. After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro Pro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activation and entering your serial number.

 

I would also like to share that Product Updates is way different with Product Upgrade (that is part of purchasing VIP Access). Updating is when a newer build is released of the same software version you are currently using. For example, if you had Nitro Pro 12, with build 12.0.0.112 installed, you can then update to 12.16.3.574 (the most recent release to date).

Product Updates include items like bug fixes, enhancements, and security updates. This is why we recommend that you are always running the current build of the software.  To find the latest the update for your particular version of Nitro Pro please visit this link:  https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads   

With regards to Product Upgrade, it is when a newer version of Nitro Pro is purchased. An example would be upgrading from Nitro Pro 10 to Nitro Pro 11 (same with Nitro Pro 12 to Nitro Pro 13).

ive already done this process .. saw in other post

 

 BUT now its not working on ver 12 and ver 13 both

 

iive used revo uninstaller to delete all leftovers also.. but still no use

If you would like to upgrade to Nitro Pro 13, please visit our Upgrade Portal https://www.gonitro.com/support/upgrade, just enter your Nitro Pro 12 serial number and click Check Eligibility button to know the cost.

With regard to your message it is not working for both versions, could you please provide the error message you are receiving?

ive upgraded it to 13 ... while back ... BUT iv lost serial number again

please get me serial number and activate my software

Dear Mr. Allain,

I have purchased a license key for the latest version. When I try to install Nitro PDF Pro (version 13) and click on the installation file, it opens for 1 second and it crashes. 

please note that i tried installing previous versions (11, 12) and they were installed successfully but i still get 'The serial number entered does not exist' error.

The operating system is Windows 8.1 Pro.
