MichaelB Posted December 27, 2019 Report Share Posted December 27, 2019 Cleaverbridge was who I purchased my software from, and when I attempt to use the license portal to resolve the activation issue, I get an error "Please enter a valid serial number", and when I attempt to activate the product on my PC after reinstalling it, I get "You have exceeded the allowed installation times" or something like that. Contacting support, I have to enter a valid serial, so I hit a wall everywhere I turn with your software support. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
