TO ACTIVATE, I HAVE TO DEACTIVATE. WHEN I DEACTIVATE IT SAYS, SORRY YOU MAY ONLY DEACTIVATE 0 DEVICES. UNDER THIS CIRCUMSTANCE, HOW CAN I ACTIVATE AND USE IT. Leslie V. 0 Report post Posted December 30, 2019 Hello @MOHAN RAMASAMY, Your Nitro Pro 10 or 11 keys are no longer valid. You have used them to avail of discounted upgrades. Your Nitro Pro 12 serial number is still active and you can use it to reactivate version 12. I released the key so you can do that. I hope that helps! Lisa Loesel 0 Report post Posted March 2, 2020 (edited) I am having the same issue. got a new PC and Nitro won't reactivate. My Lic number is 234600-xxxxxx-xxxxxx. Could this license be for two users by chance? Another person got a new computer and hers won't reactivite either. Can you reset something so i can reactivate? Before continuing, please be aware that Nitro Pro 11 or older are already discontinued as documented in our Sunset Policy: https://www.gonitro.com/support/sunset-policy . With that, support for the discontinued versions are no longer available. As a courtesy, I have checked and our server logs shows you were able to activate on two machines today. Do you still need further assistance in activating your Nitro Pro 11? Alternatively, if you are interested in upgrading your license to Nitro Pro 13 with VIP Access (formerly Software Assurance), kindly access our Upgrade Portal and enter your Nitro Pro _ serial number: https://www.gonitro.com/pro/upgrade You should then receive an email confirmation with a new serial number to activate Nitro Pro 13 and to know more about some enhancements and fixes with Nitro Pro 13, please visit our Release Notes page https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/release-notes Thank you for choosing Nitro and I hope this helps! To further assist you, I just made an adjustment on your Nitro Pro 12 license, so you can now activate your copy of Nitro Pro by going to Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate, entering your serial number and clicking Activate.
