Upgrade Says invalid serial number though serial number given by Cleverbridge used

In order for me to further assist you with your concern, could you please provide the serial number of your Nitro Pro you are trying to upgrade?

To send it via private message, hover your mouse on top of my name 'AllainU' and select 'Message'.

I have checked your accounts and our records show you are already using Nitro Pro 13.

In line with this, please ignore the upgrade email offer as it is intended for Nitro Pro 12 and older versions users.
