Upgrade Says invalid serial number though serial number given by Cleverbridge used

Upgrade 40% off cannot get since serial number is invalid  though correct number was entered.

I have the exact same problem.  Is there a fix?  My Serial is:  504989xxxxxxyyyyyy.

I have checked your accounts and our records show you are already using Nitro Pro 13.

In line with this, please ignore the upgrade email offer as it is intended for Nitro Pro 12 and older versions users.
