Text font too large for drawing

I am zoomed in on an architectural drawing and attempting to create a text box at a door.  The letters are too large when zoomed in to that level, even when the font is set to 8, the minimum.  Is there any way to change the drawing scale to allow text for this purpose?

Sorry for teh long winded explanation, but was not sure how to describe.

Please provide us with the file, the exact version of Nitro that you are using, the exact steps you are taking and some screenshots so we can see if there are any workarounds.
