Michel
Hi all I cannot activate my NitroPDF 13 license anymore because the numbers of maximal installations has been reached. The issue is that due to software problems I had to re-install the OS on my computer a few times. But I was not aware that before the de-installation of NitroPDF, the license must be explicitly deactivated because I have just recently switched to NitroPDF. I thought as with other software, the activation is tied to the computer hardware. Hence no problems as long as the hardware stays the same. Please let me know how my licencse can be re-activated. Many thanks in advance and sorry for the inconvenience.
Official Nitronaut Allain Umailin Posted December 31, 2019 Official Nitronaut Report Share Posted December 31, 2019 Hello @Michel, Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums! To further assist you, I just made an adjustment on your license, so you can now activate your copy of Nitro Pro by going to Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate, entering your serial number and clicking Activate. In the future, if you would like to move your license to a new computer, or plan on reformatting your computer, I suggest you refer to this article:https://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/move/000004461 I hope this helps and Happy New Year!
