License Activation Issue

Was trying to activate Nitro no a new device but its telling me I must deactivate another device. Once I look up my serial number it gives me a message stating I can't deactivate any licenses.

Since I am unable to pull-up your account, could you please provide the serial number of your Nitro Pro?

To send it via private message, hover your mouse on top of my name 'AllainU' and select 'Message'.

This matters because our business installers are different from the online ones.

I am having the same problem. I had to reset my computer. I downloaded nitro software, I put in codes and it says deactivate. I cant. I can only get a activate

Also, a screenshot of the error message you have received after entering your serial number.

I have the same issue. This is extremely frustrating. I have NitroPro 10 licence, am trying to install and activate on new Dell XPS windows 10 and or just fails, gives me no reason.

I need help or a refund.

Before continuing, I should let you know that we no longer support Nitro Pro 11 or older. It has been discontinued as documented in our Sunset Policy: https://www.gonitro.com/support/sunset-policy 

As a courtesy, could you please go to Control Panel \ All Control Panel Items \ Programs and Features and check if you were able to install your Nitro Pro 10? If it's there, what is the exact build (format is 10.X.X.X, e.g. 10.5.9.9)?

Otherwise, please refer to this article until step 9 even though you are not receiving any error message during installation: https://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase/#/search/failed/000003595

Once done, kindly clear all your downloads folder or delete all downloaded Nitro installers. This step is important because we noticed that if you are saving all the installers and you download them in the same folder (like the downloads folder), the EXE can pick up any MSI installer in that folder and you may pick-up one of the older builds instead of the newly downloaded package.

Then download and install Nitro Pro 10 using below offline installers:

x64 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_105914/en/burn/nitro_pro10_ba_x64.msi 
x32 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_105914/en/burn/nitro_pro10_ba_x86.msi

After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro Pro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate by entering your serial number.

 

Alternatively, if you were interested in upgrading your license to Nitro Pro 13 with a discounted rate, kindly access our Upgrade Portal and enter your Nitro Pro 10 serial number: https://www.gonitro.com/pro/upgrade

You should then receive an email confirmation with a new serial number to activate Nitro Pro 13.

I purchased Nitro Productivity Suite electronic delivery dated 24/7/2020

Cleverbrige Reference Number: 2********

My internet service lacks nothing and is not a "proxy". Yet, there is no way on earth to download as I'm told there is no internet service. Online service doesn't work, there is no way to get the certificate to copy. 

This has been ridiculous. I want my money back if not fixed asap. I've put in a request for refund.
