how to fix error code 0x4004f00c

I am a new user of office 365 before that I am a ushing office 2016 version so recently I upgrade to office365. I  download office 365 free from Microsoft home page and installed it after login to the admin portal when I open for activation it shows me error code 0x4004f00c which I don't know how to resolve it. if anyone know how to fix the issue then suggest me.

Also, please provide your workflow that results to this error message and a screenshot of the error.
