Kristel Vdv Posted January 2, 2020 Report Share Posted January 2, 2020 (edited) Hi I've just received a new portable and would like to continue using my Nitro Pro 11 serial number: *****. I've already uninstalled it from my previous pc but I do not manage to re-install it on my new one. Upon opening a pdf file, I've clicked the "activate now" button and I've entered the above serial number (which I received in March 2018 when I purchased the licence). I then have a message telling that serial number does not exist. When entering the serial number on your website to find the licence, it says the license is active and that there is no licence active for the moment. When I click on the button "deactivate", it does not seem to work. Can you help me out, please? thanks Kristel Edited January 2, 2020 by Leslie V.
