October 2019 returned PC to factory settings and installed Nitro Pro v9 again. Can't get it activated! Please uninstall the old version of Nitro Pro and install Nitro Pro 9. You can get the correct version 9 installers from this page: https://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/installer/000004464 After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro, click on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate and enter your serial number (234***-******-******) Please let me know how that goes. Once I go to the Help tab>About Nitro Pro> Activate and enter my serial number, it takes me to the Deactivate page. Can I use the software without going through the Activation/Deactivation page?
