October 2019 returned PC to factory settings and installed Nitro Pro v9 again. Can't get it activated! Leslie V. 0 Report post Posted January 3, 2020 Hello @Nadine Cornett Thanks for reaching out to us! Please uninstall the old version of Nitro Pro and install Nitro Pro 9. You can get the correct version 9 installers from this page: https://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/installer/000004464 After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro, click on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate and enter your serial number (234***-******-******) Please let me know how that goes. Once I go to the Help tab>About Nitro Pro> Activate and enter my serial number, it takes me to the Deactivate page. Can I use the software without going through the Activation/Deactivation page?
