Still can't activate Nitro Pro v9

Purchased software 8/26/14. Cleverbridge reference number ****.  October 2019 returned PC to factory settings and installed Nitro Pro v9 again.  Can't get it activated!  I've sent .pdf copy of email documentation (old email address) to Support, but no one gets back to me.  Please help!   Thanks Nadine

Thanks for reaching out to us!

Please uninstall the old version of Nitro Pro and install Nitro Pro 9. You can get the correct version 9 installers from this page: https://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/installer/000004464

After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro, click on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate and enter your serial number (234***-******-******)

Please let me know how that goes.

I've uninstalled and reinstalled.  Once I go to the Help tab>About Nitro Pro> Activate and enter my serial number, it takes me to the Deactivate page.  Can I use the software without going through the Activation/Deactivation page?

If it asks you to deactivate, that means it has already been activated.

Please let me know if you have other questions.
