Joeg
Hi, I reviewed and marked up a Pdf map with comments/ mark-ups and sent it to my colleague but he can't read the comments as it appears to have been converted to an image. How do I converts the Pdf back to the marked-up version with the comments visible? I'd really appreciate any help or advice that people can offer, Cheers, Joeg
Official Nitronaut Allain Umailin Posted January 16, 2020 Official Nitronaut Report Share Posted January 16, 2020 Hello @Joeg, Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums! Please be informed that when you add text / notes / call-out boxes to a file, it resides in the Annotative layer which floats above the Content Layer. Said functions has to be brought down to the Content Layer by using Save As > Flatten before sending it to your colleague. Thank you for choosing Nitro and I hope this helps! Joeg
Hi Allain, We have another issue with Nitro and would really appreciate your advice. When we try and convert an MS Word document which has cross references in it to a Pdf using Nitro, it changes the formatting and puts in breaks after the cross reference link so we end up with large gaps in the middle of paragraphs. The only way we've found to remedy this problem is to remove the cross reference links in the MS Word document before converting it to a Pdf, but then all our cross references are gone. Any help or advice you can provide would be greatly appreciated. Cheers, Joe
