dianelink9@gmail.com Posted January 4, 2020 Report Share Posted January 4, 2020 I purchased Nitro Pro 9 five years ago. Last week I had Windows 10 installed. I went online to Nitro website and found the search box for my Serial # and typed that in. It said if you did an operating systems upgrade you need to press the deactivate button. The box indicated I have one active and 2 remaining. So I pressed the deactivate button. Now the search box says I have zero active. I uploaded Nitro Pro 9 this morning and put the Serial number in and it refused it. I still have one activation left and I want to utilize it. Please help. Before continuing, I should let you know that we no longer support Nitro Pro 11 or older. It has been discontinued as documented in our Sunset Policy: https://www.gonitro.com/support/sunset-policy As a courtesy, I have checked your Nitro Pro 9 serial number and I can see you have not activated the program. If you installed another version of Nitro Pro, what is the exact build? You can find this out by clicking on 'About Nitro Pro' under the Help tab (format is 13.X.X.X, e.g. 13.2.3.26) or you can go to Control Panel > Programs and Features. If you installed a non-Nitro Pro 9 after checking 'About Nitro Pro' window, please uninstall it by going to Control Panel \ All Control Panel Items \ Programs and Features and reboot your machine. Then you may download Nitro Pro 9 installers from this page: https://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/online/000004464 If you are not sure which to pick, this will help: https://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/64/000003790 After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro Pro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate by entering your serial number.
