Felix Tinkov Posted January 4, 2020 Report Share Posted January 4, 2020 Hi, I purchased the Nitro Productivity Suite v.12 in May 2019 along with Product Updates Add-on and can provide serial and reference numbers for these transactions. My question is whether I am entitled to update my existing v.12 to v.13? I have tried to do so using the v.12 serial number but it does not work.
