Unable to activate my license

Hello I a=had purchased Nitro 7 and wanted to use Nitro on a different new device.

I deactivated my license 3 times as advised in the support link, however still could not use Nitro 13 with my license code.

Please advise how I can use Nitro?

Your serial number will only work for the same version.

To upgrade to version 13, please proceed to the following web page,

https://www.gonitro.com/pro/upgrade

Enter your serial number and follow the prompts to receive a new Nitro Pro 13 serial key and installation files.
