Not recognizing license

Hello,

I purchased Nitro Productivity Suite in December 2019. I'm running version 13.8.2.140. I continuously get Error 401 and the system says I have activated the license on the maximum number of systems allowed.

I would like the license to be revoked or deactivated on all systems. At the end of the year, I rebuild my PCs (one at my office and one at home) and have had a lot of trouble with the Windows 10 pro install and have had to do it several times. The PCs are all set now and I need Nitro to be activated and stable. 

Please let me know what you need in order to get rid of Error 401 and for me to properly activate the software and not have to use a trial any longer.

Hello @Maskar,

Please use the tool I have provided below to remove all files associated with Nitro Pro and reboot your system.
Cleanup Tool

NOTE: This clean-up tool will erase any existing signature files within Nitro, so please save them to another location before using the clean-up tool in order to keep them. Please see this link for backing up custom stamps/signatures: Transferring Stamps From One Computer to Another

When your system is back up, close all of your open applications and install Nitro Pro 13.8.2.140 from the page I have provided below:

I still don't have a solution and you have stopped responding. I've installed Nitro on a new PC and the license continues to give me an error on activation. 

This is very frustrating.

Our sincere apologies for this inconvenience.

With regard to Error 401, we are working to release an update of Nitro Pro 13 in the short term which should resolve this error messages.

The error is related to Nitro attempting to gain access to Cloud services and tends to occur when users leave Nitro Pro 13 idle for a while.

If you continue to encounter this error, kindly close - relaunch Nitro and log back in. 

If you continue to encounter this error, kindly close/relaunch Nitro Pro, log out from Nitro Cloud and log back in.

In order to further assist you with regard to the activation issue, could you please provide a screenshot of your 'About Nitro Pro' window under Help tab?

Also, a screenshot of the error message you have received after entering your serial number.

Hi Allain,

As indicated, I installed Nitro Pro on a brand new computer and it is failing to activate. The trial period has expired. 

I'm unable to get past the activation page at this point. Please help.
