Maskar Posted January 6, 2020 Report Share Posted January 6, 2020 Hello, I purchased Nitro Productivity Suite in December 2019. I'm running version 188.8.131.52. I continuously get Error 401 and the system says I have activated the license on the maximum number of systems allowed. I would like the license to be revoked or deactivated on all systems. At the end of the year, I rebuild my PCs (one at my office and one at home) and have had a lot of trouble with the Windows 10 pro install and have had to do it several times. The PCs are all set now and I need Nitro to be activated and stable. Please let me know what you need in order to get rid of Error 401 and for me to properly activate the software and not have to use a trial any longer. Thanks!
