Jan Drotningsvik
This happens to any file that I have saved in Nitro and then try to send. There is no use in screenshot or video, it just is non responding, totally frozen for a long time, then suddenly outlook message pops up. (I am not able to attach a file to this message) Edited January 8, 2020 by jand typo
Official Nitronaut Leslie V Posted January 9, 2020 Official Nitronaut Report Share Posted January 9, 2020 Hello @jand Please try running the cleanup tool before reinstalling Nitro. You can use the tool I have provided below to remove all files associated with Nitro Pro and reboot your system.http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_12163574/install-cleanup/install-cleanup.zip NOTE: This clean-up tool will erase any existing signature files within Nitro, so please save them to another location before using the clean-up tool in order to keep them. Please see this link for backing up custom stamps/signatures: https://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/stamps/000004307 When your system is back up, close all of your open applications and install Nitro Pro 13 from the page I have provided below:https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads And also kindly try running a repair on your Outlook installation. I hope that helps! Please let me know how that goes.
