Hangs when sending email

Nitro Pro 13.8.2.140 and Office 365 Business version 1912 (12325.20240

When using "Share" and Email, Nitro takes a loong time to respond before Outlook opens the new email message.

All other functionlaity in Nitro and Outlook seems OK.

- A sample file that you are trying to send
- The exact steps you are taking
- Some screenshots or a video  of what you are seeing or any error message you are receiving

This happens to any file that I have saved in Nitro and then try to send.  There is no use in screenshot or video, it just is non responding, totally frozen for a long time, then suddenly outlook message pops up. (I am not able to attach a file to this message)

Hello @jand

Please try running the cleanup tool before reinstalling Nitro. You can use the tool I have provided below to remove all files associated with Nitro Pro and reboot your system.

NOTE: This clean-up tool will erase any existing signature files within Nitro, so please save them to another location before using the clean-up tool in order to keep them. Please see this link for backing up custom stamps/signatures: https://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/stamps/000004307

When your system is back up, close all of your open applications and install Nitro Pro 13 from the page I have provided below:

And also kindly try running a repair on your Outlook installation.
