Eupher 0 Report post Posted January 24, 2017 I have Nitro Pro 10, purchased less than a year ago. I also got the software assurance and should be eligible for a free upgrade to v.11 but the online serial number checker doesn't seem to know about the software assurance and only gives me an option to buy an upgrade.
