Nitro Pro Cashing on opening

Suddenly having an issue where nitro pro version 13 13.2.2.25, is crashing on opening and cannot open any pdf either on our local drive or shared network storage. 

This issue has only been a problem since January 2020 but we purchased it several months ago. 

It does not come up with an error code
