Nitro Pro 13 will not print but pretends to print

Recommended Posts

When I print to any of my printers from Nitro Pro 13 it pretends to print, but nothing happens. Print job never makes into the appropriate print spool. All other programs on my computer print as expected.

Hello @Roscoe,

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

To further assist you, what build of Nitro Pro are you working with? You can find this out by clicking on 'About Nitro Pro' under the Help tab (format is 13.X.X.X, e.g. 13.2.3.26) or you can go to Control Panel > Programs and Features.

Also, what are the exact make / model of your physical printers?

Thank you very much in advance and I am looking forward to hearing back from you.

I was able to resolve my print problem by uninstalling using the procedure that AllainU posted on December 08 2019 in response to a similar post. The procedure used Clean utility that removed all remnants of Nitro software.  I had installed Nitro Pro 13 on top of an installation of Nitro Pro 11 without uninstalling the older version. Apparently some of the older files remained which were inappropriate for the new version of Nitro Pro. Anyway everything works and life is good.
