I recently purchased an upgrade for my Nitro Pro to 13. The whiteout feature wasn't working properly, so I uninstalled and then reinstalled. I now can't get the activation to work and the serial number cannot be found. I purchased directly from you - have my receipt from Cleverbridge, but I can't activate my reinstallation.
