Kalonji Gilchrist Posted January 8, 2020 Report Share Posted January 8, 2020 Hi, I have a license for a Nitro 9 that I would like to upgrade to the latest version (12, etc.). However, when I used the Chat Support, the agent was unable to upgrade for "technical issues". I had two licenses I wanted to upgrade. One was 'eligible' and the other was not due to technical issues -- and they suggested to use the Community Forum for support. Please provide some direction. I'd like to upgrade both licenses today.
