activationn of nitro pro in new computer

Hi 

I have deactivated my nitro pro 12 in my old computer, but I am unable to activate it in my new computer.  It says 0 active, and activations allowed is 2

But i need to deactivate so that I can activate and it won't let me in the new computer.

Since our system shows your account has multiple products, could you please provide the serial number of your Nitro Pro 12?

To send it via private message, hover your mouse on top of my name 'AllainU' and select 'Message'.

This matters because our business installers are different from the online ones.

Kindly note that our Activation Portal as of the moment can only Deactivate, not Activate.

To further assist you, please install first Nitro Pro 12 on your new machine using below direct installers:

x32 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_12163574/en/retail/nitro_pro12_ba_x86.msi 
x64 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_12163574/en/retail/nitro_pro12_ba_x64.msi

After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro Pro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate by entering your serial number.
