Swetang 0 Report post Posted January 9, 2020 I have recently purchased Nitro 12 pro pdf editor, certain files when tried to open crashes and gives the error "COM Surrogate Has Stopped Working". Tried to find solutions on google :- 1. perform a chkdsk 2. Disable DEP for dllhost.exe 3. Command Prompt - regsvr32 vbscript.dll and regsvr32 jscript.dll Tried using the file from different locations too. still the same error. Kindly suggest what should be done.
