Nitro Pro 11 Error 23

Shows I have two activation available but when I try to activate Nitro 11 I get an error 23.

Before continuing, I should let you know that we no longer support Nitro Pro 11 or older. It has been discontinued as documented in our Sunset Policy: https://www.gonitro.com/support/sunset-policy 

As a courtesy, I just made an adjustment on your license, so you can now activate your copy of Nitro Pro by going to Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate, entering your serial number and clicking Activate.

Alternatively, if you were interested in upgrading your license to Nitro Pro 13 with VIP Access (formerly Software Assurance), kindly access our Upgrade Portal and enter your Nitro Pro 11 serial number: https://www.gonitro.com/pro/upgrade

I am having the same problem with the 23-Error when trying to install my Nitro Pro 11 on my new computer.  Is there anything I can do to get this to install?

Since I am unable to pull-up your account, could you please provide the serial number of your Nitro Pro 11?

To send it via private message, hover your mouse on top of my name 'AllainU' and select 'Message'.

I too am having a problem reactivating Nitro Pro 11. I deactivated the account serial number but when attempting to reactivate it am told the serial number doesn't exist?

I cannot even upgrade as Nitro Pro says doesn't recognize serial number even though I logged in with it deactivate it for reinstallation?

Please be informed that 'The serial number entered does not exist' means the serial number you are trying to activate is for a different version of Nitro Pro.

To further assist you, could you please provide the serial number of your Nitro Pro 11 you are having issue activating and upgrading to Nitro Pro 13?

To send it via private message, hover your mouse on top of my name 'AllainU' and select 'Message'.

An adjustment has been made on your Nitro Pro 11 so please try upgrading it again to Nitro Pro 13 with a discounted rate by accessing our Upgrade Portal :
https://www.gonitro.com/pro/upgrade

You should then receive an email confirmation with a new serial number to activate Nitro Pro 13.
