John Moncrief Posted January 10, 2020 Report Share Posted January 10, 2020 I am using Thunderbird for email. I sent a good PDF file to myself. When I try to open a PDF email attachment with NitroPro the following sequence occurs: 1) I get screen but nothing happens 2) I hit "x" 3) I get a message "This will cancel pending print jobs, Are you sure?" 4)I hit "Yes" 5) Screen showing "conversion aborted" I hit "X" 6) Get message "the creation process has encountered an error and failed to create the PDF file." "OK" 7. I hit "OK" 8. The original screen comes up and the whole sequence starts again. I keep hitting "X" and cancel and finally get out with Window X Task Master Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
