NG-Rom 0 Report post Posted January 13, 2020 Hi All I was hoping something can help me, i have been working away at my computer this morning and my Nitro Pro has popped up asking to be reactivated, i have the invoice to hand here with my serial but it isnt accepting it. Is there anything you can do to try and help me please? I found the License Activation Portal but it doesnt seem to let me reactivate my license 😣 Thank you! Since I am unable to pull-up your account, could you please provide the serial number of your Nitro Pro? I just made an adjustment on your license, so you can now activate your copy of Nitro Pro by going to Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate, entering your serial number and clicking Activate.
