Nitro Pro 6 Serial Number Failing Upgrade Eligibility Check

Hello --

My Nitro Pro 6 Serial number is failing the upgrade eligibility check. Please research and let me know if an eligible to upgrade my v6 license to the latest version.

I have the same problem. I have version #7 and the wizard does not accept my serial number. 

How I can go ahead with the wizard ?

In order to further assist you, could you please provide the serial number of your Nitro Pro 7?

To send it via private message, hover your mouse on top of my name 'AllainU' and select 'Message'.

This matters because our business installers are different from the online ones.

An adjustment on your license has been made so kindly access our Upgrade Portal and enter your Nitro Pro 6 serial number: https://www.gonitro.com/pro/upgrade to upgrade it to Nitro Pro 13 with a discounted rate.

I'm having the same issue.  I bought Nitro Pro 6 a long time ago and tried using the upgrade eligibility check but it failed.  Can I please see if my product qualifies for upgrade pricing?

I am afraid I am unable to find a purchase under your name or email address. In order to help you with your request, could you please provide the following information for me?

-The full name and address of the purchaser
-The email address used to purchase Nitro Pro.
-A copy of the order invoice.
