Nitro Pro 6 Serial Number Failing Upgrade Eligibility Check

Hello --

My Nitro Pro 6 Serial number is failing the upgrade eligibility check. Please research and let me know if an eligible to upgrade my v6 license to the latest version.

I have the same problem. I have version #7 and the wizard does not accept my serial number. 

How I can go ahead with the wizard ?

I have the same problem. I am trying to upgrade from Nitro Pro 6 (serial no.: 234600-xxxxxx-xxxxxx ) to the most recent version.

I'm having the same issue.  I bought Nitro Pro 6 a long time ago and tried using the upgrade eligibility check but it failed.  Can I please see if my product qualifies for upgrade pricing?
