Hi there, I have just changed to laptop and would like to reinstall and activate Nitro Pro 10 on my new laptop.

Where can I find the download?

Since I am unable to pull-up your account, could you please provide the serial number of your Nitro Pro 10?

To send it via private message, hover your mouse on top of my name 'AllainU' and select 'Message'.

This matters because our business installers are different from the online ones.

Before continuing, I should let you know that we no longer support Nitro Pro 11 or older. It has been discontinued as documented in our Sunset Policy: https://www.gonitro.com/support/sunset-policy 

As a courtesy, you may download Nitro Pro 10 installers from this page:

After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro Pro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate by entering your serial number.

 

Alternatively, if you are interested in upgrading your license to Nitro Pro 13 with VIP Access (formerly Software Assurance), kindly access our Upgrade Portal and enter your Nitro Pro 10 serial number: https://www.gonitro.com/pro/upgrade

Dear Allain, is it possible for me to download Nitro Pro 10 onto my MacBook Pro in the current OS and activate it with my existing license?  If Nitro Pro 10 is not compatible with Mac, is there a more current version I could install and then upgrade my license to save a little money from buying new software outright?  Many thanks, Ned

At this time, Nitro Pro does not support the Mac OSX operating system and unfortunately will not install on a Mac. We may look to develop Nitro Pro for Mac in future but currently there are no concrete plans to do so. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

In the meantime, we also offer Nitro Cloud, an online e-singing and document collaboration platform which may work as an alternative. This is a browser-based solution so it will work on a Mac.
