Nitro Pro 13 Incompatible with MS Office Products?

As an FYI, based on what I can tell, the Nitro Pro add-in won't load to  MS Office 365 32-bit applications, e.g. Word, Outlook, etc., if you are using a Windows 10 on a 64-bit computer. Further, some of Nitro Pro's functionality won't work at all. I've had numerous tech sessions with Nitro, and independent IT specialists but non can find a way to make it work.  My sense at this point is that there is an inherent problem with Nitro Pro in this configuration that has not been discussed with purchasers. I have this same configuration with a Windows 7 computer and all work fine.  If any person has this same issue or tips to solve I'd appreciate a response.
