We recently had to install the software on new company computers, and many have had the issue that once installation is complete, clicking the Activate button does nothing. It does not pull up a box to enter the serial number in. Others that were able to activate are unable to click Deactivate in order to get to the Advanced screen to look up the Computer ID for our records. The installer does not prompt for them to enter the serial number during installation. Is there another way to enter/obtain this information?
