rtklz Posted January 14, 2020 Report Share Posted January 14, 2020 I'm having all kinds of trouble with Nitro Pro 13 and finding it aggravating as hell that I can't get support for activation issues except through the forum. I can't start a ticket because I can't even get a valid serial number. Getting a REALLY bad taste in my mouth for this software and this company really really quickly. DRM keeps us from stealing from them, but nobody says anything when they use it to steal from us. 1) I'm doing my third install and it is telling me I have no more installs left on my 3 activations. This is incorrect. Besides what I have a hard drive fail and can't remove an installation in the future, is this going to burn my license? I would say hell no or I won't be buying any more of this product, ever. I don't care if I have 5 hard drive failures with this over time, they better not invalidate my licenses. 2) Serial number field inside of Pro 13 is blank... Help about screen shows nothing underneath the legal notices button. So without that I can't even start a damn support ticket and there is no phone number anywhere on the site. 3) Brand new laptop, brand new install... first attempt at activation gave the error about no more licenses and software immediately killed my trial.
