Paddy Posted January 15, 2020 Report Share Posted January 15, 2020 Hi, I have a new computer and have deactivated Nitro Pro 12 from my existing computer and downloaded the trial version of Nitro Pro 12, however it doesn't recognize the serial number. I have gone through the process of checking the licence and ensuring that the licence number is correct and that activation's are available, and all is good with 2 activation's available.
