ksmart75 0 Report post Posted January 15, 2020 I am having problems activating my version of Nitro. One of our computers OS became corrupt, so we installed Windows 10 OS. I have been to the License Activation Portal and deactivated the serial number twice so it now says that my Number of Activations is 0. When I try to activate on the users computer, it gives me an error InternetActivate :-23 :Error:Execution Error - License number already used. Please help. Thank you.
