Activation problems on new laptop

I have deactivated the license on my old desktop and I am trying to activate on my new laptop, but when I put the serial number in it tells me that the serial number doesn't exist.

I have done the "Find License" and it shows 0 Activations and 2 Activations allowed.

Please can you assist me?

Hello @Maureen@RRQS

This error message means you have the wrong version installed.

Please send me your serial number so I can check what version you should be installing.
