Maureen@RRQS 0 Report post Posted January 16, 2020 Hi I have deactivated the license on my old desktop and I am trying to activate on my new laptop, but when I put the serial number in it tells me that the serial number doesn't exist. Please send me your serial number so I can check what version you should be installing.
