Crashing when try to sign digitaly

I have nitro 12 and every time I try to digitally sign any document the program crashes?!...

Please can someone help me!!! :-(

Thanks for reaching out! We have a few questions:

Have you tried completely uninstalling and then reinstalling Nitro Pro?

Have you tried to re-create your digital signature?

What exact build of Nitro are you using?

Dear Leslie,

I tried to uninstall and reinstall the program but it did not help.

I have Nitro Pro 12.16.3.574

I did not try to recreate digital signature but the program crashes the moment I mark the place where I want signature to be...

I installed the free version of adobe and my signature work with no problem in adobe?!...

Dear Leslie,

I will try to explain You what is happening:

1. When I try to put digital signature (Even if it is a new document) program immediately crashes down.

I tried to sign it by going on toolbar PROTECT/sign and on toolbar FORMS/Digital signature and the result is the same.

Program crashes and I get the window OUR APOLOGIES.

I don't know how to put pictures in this post so I can't send You the steps.
