just_phil Posted January 18, 2020 Report Share Posted January 18, 2020 Hi, I have an old Nitro PDF Express, version 2, that's been working fine until a few days ago when it started giving me an error, 'originally installed on a different computer'. I tried un-installing and re-installing it, but now I cannot activate it - says the serial number is already in use. I understand that the product is not supported, all I am asking is to allow me to activate again. The activation server is up and running, and as far as I can tell it's is handled by a 3rd party. All that you would need to do is communicate with them and have the license cleared for another activation. That would be really appreciated. Please re-consider. Thank you!
