Nitro PDF Express stopped working - need help with activation

Hi, I have an old Nitro PDF Express, version 2, that's been working fine until a few days ago when it started giving me an error,  'originally installed on a different computer'. I tried un-installing and re-installing it, but now I cannot activate it - says the serial number is already in use. The activation portal here on this web site does not recognize my serial number at all. Please help, if you can! Thank you!

Unfortunately, we no longer support Nitro Express.
It is one of the oldest versions released so many years back and it has been discontinued as documented in our Sunset Policy: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/sunset-policy

If you would like to trial our latest product, Nitro Pro 113, you can download it from here: https://www.gonitro.com/pro/try
It will run as a full-featured product for 14 days!

Hi, thanks for your reply. I understand that the product is not supported, all I am asking is to allow me to activate again. The activation server is up and running, and as far as I can tell it's is handled by a 3rd party. All that you would need to do is communicate with them and have the license cleared for another activation. That would be really appreciated. Please re-consider. Thank you!
