Need to install active license to new computer

I have Nitro Pro 10 on my old computer and need to install it onto my new computer.  From my understanding from what I have read is that I need to upgrade it?  Could you please let me know how I can go about upgrading and then installing it onto my new computer?

That is correct because we no longer support Nitro Pro 11 or older as it has been discontinued as documented in our Sunset Policy: https://www.gonitro.com/support/sunset-policy

In line with this, kindly upgrade your license to Nitro Pro 13 with VIP Access (formerly Software Assurance), kindly access our Upgrade Portal and enter your Nitro Pro 10 serial number: https://www.gonitro.com/pro/upgrade 

You should then receive an email confirmation with a new serial number to activate Nitro Pro 13.

I tried to upgrade using my serial number: 234601-xxxxxx-yyyyyy but it tells me that they are unable to validate that serial number.

Hello @Brittany,

For this Nitro Pro 10, I entered its serial number in our Upgrade Portal and I received a message saying I am entitled for a discounted rate.

Could you please try again and type the serial number instead of copying / pasting?

Ok I got to the page where I put in my cc info.  I filled everything out completely but its not letting me pay.  Do I need to enter a coupon code?

A coupon code is not need to upgrade.

If you are still having issue, please send me a screenshot of the page where you are stuck.

To send it via private message, hover your mouse on top of my name 'AllainU' and select 'Message'.
