Serial number not recognized

I have V. 8.5.7.3 and am being instructed to upgrade (at a reduced cost) in order to have a replacement copy on my new computer.  When I follow the prompt to input my serial number I get an error message "We were unable to validate your serial number. Please ensure you entered it correctly. If you believe you are eHligible for an upgrade, please leave a post on our Community Forum and update us with your issue"

How do I purchase a new copy at the reduce price?

I was able to do it on my end. I tested your Nitro Pro 8 key.

Can you please double-check what serial number you are trying to upgrade? Please send it to us so we can check.

That serial number is valid. To upgrade to version 13, please proceed to the following web page,

https://www.gonitro.com/pro/upgrade

Enter your serial number and follow the prompts to receive a new Nitro Pro 13 serial key and installation files.
