jelliot Posted January 20, 2020 Report Share Posted January 20, 2020 I have V. 188.8.131.52 and am being instructed to upgrade (at a reduced cost) in order to have a replacement copy on my new computer. When I follow the prompt to input my serial number I get an error message "We were unable to validate your serial number. Please ensure you entered it correctly. If you believe you are eHligible for an upgrade, please leave a post on our Community Forum and update us with your issue" How do I purchase a new copy at the reduce price?
