jelliot 0 Report post Posted January 20, 2020 I have V. 8.5.7.3 and am being instructed to upgrade (at a reduced cost) in order to have a replacement copy on my new computer. When I follow the prompt to input my serial number I get an error message "We were unable to validate your serial number. Please ensure you entered it correctly. If you believe you are eHligible for an upgrade, please leave a post on our Community Forum and update us with your issue" How do I purchase a new copy at the reduce price? To upgrade to version 13, please proceed to the following web page, https://www.gonitro.com/pro/upgrade Enter your serial number and follow the prompts to receive a new Nitro Pro 13 serial key and installation files.
