I have bought Nitro with the following specifications:

I get this message when I try to input my serial number -  "We were unable to validate your serial number. Please ensure you entered it correctly. If you believe you are eligible for an upgrade, please leave a post on our Community Forum and update us with your issue"

Please help me.

To further assist you, an adjustment has been made on your Nitro Pro 12 license so please try upgrading again to Nitro Pro 13 with a discounted rate.

I'm more concerned about my serial number not being recognized as it is the only proof I have of my purchase, what if I need to activate my current copy of Nitro Pro 12 again?

Hello @CSoM,

The serial number in our records did sync properly that is why you have received that error message.

If in the future you are unable to activate your Nitro Pro 12 (or your Nitro Pro 13 if you decided to upgrade), feel free to submit another forum post and provide the exact error message.
