CSoM Posted January 21, 2020 Report Share Posted January 21, 2020 I have bought Nitro with the following specifications: Number Product Name Delivery 1 Nitro Productivity Suite (with Nitro Pro 12 and Nitro Cloud and eSignature) electronic Serial number 234600-xxxxxx-yyyyyy 1 Nitro VIP Access electronic 1 Premium Support electronic 1 Product Updates electronic --- I get this message when I try to input my serial number - "We were unable to validate your serial number. Please ensure you entered it correctly. If you believe you are eligible for an upgrade, please leave a post on our Community Forum and update us with your issue" Please help me.
