CSoM 0 Report post Posted January 21, 2020 I have bought Nitro with the following specifications: Number Product Name Delivery 1 Nitro Productivity Suite (with Nitro Pro 12 and Nitro Cloud and eSignature) electronic Serial number 234600-xxxxxx-yyyyyy 1 Nitro VIP Access electronic 1 Premium Support electronic 1 Product Updates electronic --- I get this message when I try to input my serial number - "We were unable to validate your serial number. Please ensure you entered it correctly. If you believe you are eligible for an upgrade, please leave a post on our Community Forum and update us with your issue" Please help me. To further assist you, an adjustment has been made on your Nitro Pro 12 license so please try upgrading again to Nitro Pro 13 with a discounted rate. If in the future you are unable to activate your Nitro Pro 12 (or your Nitro Pro 13 if you decided to upgrade), feel free to submit another forum post and provide the exact error message.
