Marilyn Reynolds 0 Report post Posted January 21, 2020 I purchased Nitro 12 in March, 2019. I just deactivated my license and tried to reactivate to a new computer. My information said I had 2 Activations and only 1 had been used. I entered my serial number, but it would not activate. Please HELP! Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

You can get the correct version 12 installer from this page: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro, click on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate and enter your serial.
