New computer Nitro Pro serial number not accepted

I have a new Windows10 PC and tried to enter the serial number into the program and is says its invalid

I cannot locate your serial number. Please send it to me so I can check.

Also, can you please let me know what error message you're getting? A screenshot will be very helpful.

Here is the serial # ****, tried to attach a screen shot but don't see how to insert it ?

the error says "020: Error - Invalid license number.  The serial number entered does not exist"
