CJP 0 Report post Posted January 21, 2020 I upgraded my desktop to the latest version of Windows 10 Pro (1909) yesterday and now my Nitro Productivity Suite license has apparently been broken. When I try to log into the Nitro Pro licensing portal, I get the message that my serial number is invalid. This is also preventing me from completing the Support Ticket process. How do I get my license restored? CJP
Leslie V. 0 Report post Posted January 22, 2020 Hello @CJP This error message means the incorrect version is installed. Please uninstall the old version of Nitro Pro and install Nitro Pro 13. You can get the correct version 13 installers from this page: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro, click on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate and enter your serial number. Please let me know how that goes.
CJP 0 Report post Posted January 22, 2020 I uninstalled the software (the indicated version number was 13.2.3.6) from my computer, and then reinstalled it using the downloader at the provided link. I am now getting the following error message: "You have reached the maximum number of installations allowed for this license. Please deactivate Nitro Pro from another computer that has used this serial number before attempting to activate again." This is the only computer the software has ever been installed on.
