CJP Posted January 21, 2020 Report Share Posted January 21, 2020 I upgraded my desktop to the latest version of Windows 10 Pro (1909) yesterday and now my Nitro Productivity Suite license has apparently been broken. When I try to log into the Nitro Pro licensing portal, I get the message that my serial number is invalid. This is also preventing me from completing the Support Ticket process.
