Reactivation of Nitro 12 on new laptop

I purchased  Nitro Productivity Suite  in March 2019, Serial # ****. Yesterday, Jan 21, when I looked on Nitro, it said I had two activations and one deactivation. That I could deactivate, and then activate. I clicked the Deactivate button. I have not been able to activate Nitro onto my new laptop. I received an Error 401. I have not loaded this program onto any other device.  I need some HELP! I sent a message yesterday, but guess I didn't get a reply, never saw it. My Order Reference Number ****; my cell is ****. Please help!

Thanks for reaching out to us!

Please uninstall Nitro Pro and install Nitro Pro 12. You can get the correct version 12 installers from this page: 
https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads

After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro, click on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate and enter your serial.

Please let me know how that goes.
