Nitro Pro Trial not available

We have tried downloading a trial from gonitro.com with Firefox, Chrome, and Internet Explorer without success. Clicking on the "Start your free trial now" button greys the button out, but doesn't load any new page or display a confirmation. Also, no emails have been received with a trial link.
