ITEngineer111 Posted January 23, 2020 Report Share Posted January 23, 2020 Hello, First of all, apologies about the hostility but Nitro offer the worst customer support I have ever seen from a software company, no contact emails or phone numbers...nothing. Upgrading client from Win7 to Win10. Client had Nitro Pro V7. Obtained license key before decommissioning computer. When I try to install NitroProV7 on the users new computers (Win10), I'm presented with the error "License key only contains numbers" therefore I don't see why Nitro 7 on the Win7 machine gave me a license key with letters and numbers. Tried the activation portal, get an incorrect license error (surprise surprise). Tried all versions of Nitro Pro now with no luck. Can anybody tell me why the old computer is displaying a license key with letters and numbers but the activation part of Nitro7 says it shouldn't include letters?
